iBlog4, AM Session
I should have known the most asked questions would be, "Is it true you closed your blog?" followed by a, "Why?"
All kidding aside, it's been an enjoyable morning here at Malcom Hall for the 4th Philippine Blogging Summit.
Charo Nuguid's talk about how to blog is nothing new if you're not new in the blogging world. I'd just like to point out that not all blog services have the "basic structure" of a blog, such as anchors or permalinks. I was with Diaryland for a couple of months way back then. And there's no built-in commenting system. Sad, right?
Brian Gorrell's 15-minute video was a bit on the funny side, mainly because he was in his creek being bitten by mosquitoes. Poor guy, really.
Pinoyblogero was evidently nervous at first, but he made it up with his comic-style powerpoint presentation. He was earning $1K a month, and, luck of all lucks, his mom found out. No more allowance for our student turned pro-blogger now, eh?
I especially enjoyed Juned's presentation the most. He brought with him his weapons, aka different cameras he use for taking different kinds of photos. A bit of the legalities came up during the question and answer portion, and everyone should now know that you should respect the owner of the pet.
Jonas Diego was, as always, a classic. Loved the comics. And I'm completely with him for world domination.
Completely blank for now. ^_^
