Ubuntu 8.04 Released
Hardy Heron is now up and flying. And so, I admit that it's the first thing that crossed my mind when I woke up earlier today. I've been refreshing the homepage for hours yesterday (damn time differences), waiting for the download link to magically appear. And now it's here. Yay?

If you're willing to try another OS out (ya know, I really think Windows XP and all its derivatives suck now that I've used Ubuntu...I blame this all on Aja --- hi Aja! --- for making me a not-so-but-quite-so geek), Ubuntu is a good place to start. Just download the installer and you're ready to go. I'd recommend just downloading the torrent file though. Easier and faster. :)
Can't wait for the installation CD to arrive to I'm having a head start. Besides, I need to reformat the desktop, like, right now. And I've decided to install both WinXP and Ubuntu for the sake of my poor poor brother.
